| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee recruitment, hiring, management training and development
2) Schedule and supervise health and safety programs
3) Promote safe working practices
4) Manage and administer company’s benefit and pension plans
5) Handle payroll functions 6) Implement company policies and procedures
7) Establish and maintain employee communications programs |
| Requirements |
1) Ability to lead, train, recruit and communicate clearly
2) Knowledge of developing management policies/programs in writing
3) Exposure to UFCW – food/beverage
4) Must have worked in fast paced environment with over 500 people
5) Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred |
