Position Location National Account Manager Ontario Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Penetrate, develop and gain all opportunities to sell high value solutions at all targeted and potential accounts to achieve booking objectives 2) Ensure maximum order closing potential by developing effective account strategies 3) Nurture key decision makers and promote the value delivery system to meet sales volume objectives, maximize gross margin on each sale and accurately forecast the timing of order closing 4) Communicate accurate and complete short and long-term forecasts to facilitate accurate capacity and resource planning 5) Communicate accurate and complete customer scope definition and specifications to safeguard targeted selling margins 6) Develop and manage relationships with representatives where appropriate, to expand customer base and maximize market share 7) Actively prospect for, and develop new accounts for products and services 8) Provide market trends, marketing plans and competitive information to support strategic planning efforts, maximize product development efforts and improve resource planning in product line engineering and manufacturing 9) Operate within cost budgets to continually improve selling costs as a percent of sales Requirements 1) Living in or be willing to relocate to Canada 2) Must speak French 3) Bachelor’s degree preferred 4) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in packaging machinery industry 5) Experience with market trends, marketing plans, strategic planning, etc. 6) Strong sales background in food, beverage, pharmaceutical packaging machinery industry 7) Minimum of 5-25 years’ experience Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
