| Responsibilities |
1) Conduct R&D to develop new delivery forms
2) Coordinate new product studies
3) Carry out sensory analysis of prototypes and commercial products
4) Provide sales support (product trials and development reports)
5) Handle new product development and research
6) General laboratory duties
7) Provide feedback and input to production groups on ingredient performance in food systems |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Background in cooked products, meat, protein and industrial type cooking
3) Experience in product duplication and development of product lines
4) Minimum 7-25 years’ experience preferred |
