| Responsibilities |
1) Work with other department managers to plan, organize, lead, direct, control, and evaluate the maintenance of processing facilities
2) Develop and implement safety procedures
3) Plan and manage departmental budget
4) Direct the preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical system
5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements
6) Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment towards greater efficiency
7) Lead HACCP and food safety/quality systems within maintenance/electrical departments |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Background in pet food, animal feed or meat preferred
3) At least 5 years’ in maintenance management
4) Minimum 5-30 years’ experience preferred |
