Position Location Account Executive Alberta Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Regional Manager Responsibilities 1) Market and promote company’s products 2) Work with client sales representatives, buyers, category managers, etc., on ongoing basis 3) Participate and organize all food show activities, regional shows, distributor shows and trade shows, as required 4) Prepare and forward all necessary sales reports on timely basis 5) Support customer private label product branding 6) Present new products and business plans to distributors and chains 7) Assist in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing all sales activities 8) Achieve category sales and gross margin objectives 9) Develop working knowledge of competitive products and/or distributors and wholesalers within the market 10) Understand product trends, applications and opportunities for new product development and market growth Requirements 1) Degree, preferably BA in Marketing, Management or Hospitality 2) Seafood and poultry experience 3) Retail or food service background in food industry 4) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience preferred 5) Ability to read, analyze and interpret common sales reports, industry reports and publications 6) Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers 7) Knowledge of applying standard mathematical concepts and operations to sales budgets and monthly projections analysis, sales velocity analysis, sales and gross margin variance analysis etc 8) Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
