Position Location Production Manager New York Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Plant Manager Responsibilities 1) Manage day-to-day operations of production department, including Packaging, Formulation, Shipping and Receiving Departments 2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss 3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time 4) Liaise with external customers and interact with QA, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Finance, Shipping & Logistics, HR, Field, Sales, Six Sigma Departments and union executives and employees 5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) 5+ years in production manager role handling large operations 3) Experience in fresh baked goods preferred 4) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
