| Responsibilities |
1) Handle all aspects of processing operation 2) Supervise budgeting, planning, directing and operational and financial forecasting to ensure safe, efficient and quality operation 3) Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures and labor 4) Provide leadership, direction and training to employees to accomplish company goals and objectives 5) Coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of resources 6) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change 7) Provide input to development of product strategy & research and development of new and emerging products 8) Participate in management activities to support company's long-term plans |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory 2) Experience with mid-size facility of at least 150+ employees 3) Long term commitment 4) Background in overseeing all aspects of operations such as quality, sanitation, maintenance, etc. 5) Thorough knowledge of AIB strongly preferred 6) Strong plant or operations management experience within bakery industry 7) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience preferred |
