| Responsibilities |
1) Design and develop new prototypes that translate consumer insight and wants into product attributes
2) Carry out necessary new product testing to insure product and package integrity
3) Continuously improve existing products
4) Develop, maintain and analyze competitive product feeding data
5) Support operations in selection and use of equipment for pet food production
6) Participate in customer complaint review process
7) Provide technical expertise and training as requested
8) Maintain formula accuracy in formula database
9) Monitor raw materials nutrient values to insure proper levels are used in formulation process
10) Keep abreast of industry trends |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year), preferably in Food Science
2) Knowledge of AgriData software and MS Office products
3) Pet food experience preferred
4) Minimum 5 years’ experience
5) Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
6) Strong interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration
7) Demonstrated organizational, technical, creative, project and time management skills |
