| Responsibilities |
1) Increase sales volumes and gross profit contributions 2) Develop new business opportunities and cultivate into repeat business to meet or exceeds goals 3) Identify and target potential clients and ensure that all business opportunities are optimized |
| Requirements |
1) Meat experience, preferably in "portion controlled" meat 2) 3+ years’ experience in meat and/or food industry highly desirable 3) Minimum 3-30 years’ experience 4) Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task 5) Superior influencing, interpersonal and communication skills 6) Aggressive self-starter with sense of urgency, high energy and strong work ethics 7) Experience in increasing sales volume and margin contributions |
