| Responsibilities |
1) Ensure outgoing product conforms to established quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
2) Support/promote initiatives designed to reduce non-conformance and improve overall operations performance |
| Requirements |
1) 5+ years’ Plant Operations Management in food industry
2) Bakery experience required in sweets and/or desserts
3) Minimum 7-30 years’ experience
4) Knowledge of HACCP preferred |
