| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates
2) Handle plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits
3) Fix production problems
4) Follow production and company objectivities to direct associates
5) Manager ovens and rooms |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Willing to work nights and Sundays
3) 3+ years’ production supervision and bakery experience
4) Minimum 8-30 years’ experience preferred |
