| Responsibilities |
1) Improve operations and facilities
2) Responsible for management of Industrial Engineering
3) Develop manufacturing system automation
4) Conduct cost reduction and efficiency analysis
5) Assist with troubleshooting production issues and prevention thereof
6) Provide technical assistance and new equipment training to related departments
7) Create and maintain annual capital budget |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Must be a designated Professional Engineer
3) Thorough knowledge over continuous improvement programs such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
4) Ability to make process improvements
5) Experience with oven technology, flour conveying preferred
6) Background in bakery, preferably in cereal
7) Minimum 5-15 years’ experience |
