| Responsibilities |
1) Handle all aspects of processing operation
2) Oversee budgeting, planning, directing and operational and financial forecasting to ensure a safe, efficient and quality operation
3) Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures and labor
4) Provide leadership, direction and training to employees to accomplish company goals and objectives
5) Coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of resources
6) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change
7) Provide input to the development of product strategy & research and development of new and emerging products
8) Participate in management activities to support company's long-term plans |
| Requirements |
1) Plant management experience
2) Background in food or beverage
3) Strong leadership skills
4) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience |
