| Responsibilities |
1) Prepare SOPs, SSOPs and product specification sheets
2) Perform chemical and microbiological tests for work in progress, finished production and complete documentation
3) Check and verify traceability records for in-house production, bulk purchased products and products packed on different packaging lines
4) Participate in plant sanitation programs, environmental testing, etc.
5) Verify correctness of overprinted label for products packed on different packaging lines
6) Provide training and technical support to packaging and production line employees
7) Purchase and maintain inventory of sanitation chemicals and laboratory consumables with relevant documentation
8) Investigate and resolve consumer/customer complaints |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
3) Background in beverage and bottling
4) HACCP and GMPs experience an added advantage |
