| Responsibilities |
1) Train QA technicians 2) Interact with customers to resolve quality issues 3) Improve MICS and HACCP score compliance by developing overall plant QA program and enhancing departmental quality/food safety 4) Ensure outgoing product conforms to established quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements 5) Manage competent technical staff 6) Effectively execute business plan objectives |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5-27 years’ experience preferred 2) Post secondary education in Science/Microbiology 3) 5 years of quality assurance management experience in food industry 4) Knowledge of GMPs, ingredients and allergen testing |
