| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and manage all aspects of production department to produce quality products at the lowest possible cost 2) Ensure standards for manufacturing, crew levels, and ingredients and packaging usage are adhered to 3) Meet production output goals while ensuring products meet quality specifications 4) Coordinate maintenance activities with Maintenance Supervisor 5) Hold production leads accountable to their established production goals 6) Conduct IPM checks to ensure data are entered timely and accurately 7) Ensure quality specifications are being 8) Trouble shoot and initiate action to correct quality deficiencies 9) Ensure plant GMPs are adhered to 10) Coordinate, conduct and attend various weekly meetings |
| Requirements |
1) Degree preferably in Food Science 2) Background in food manufacturing facility 3) 2 years of supervisory experience preferred 4) Willing to work off-shifts 5) Minimum 2-25 years’ experience preferred |
