| Responsibilities |
1) Implement and achieve strategic sales plans to meet sales and marketing objectives 2) Meet and/or exceed annual sales projections 3) Communicate and enforce compliance from producers 4) Initiate sales and marketing efforts 5) Recognize trends and growth opportunities for conversion of product lines 6) Develop, execute and initiate marketing programs for all products 7) Manage existing production budget, including forecasting and tracking of product costing |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) with MBA or post degree management 2) Minimum 8-20 years’ experience preferred 3) Background in Food Service business 4) Superior knowledge of sales, marketing and new business development 5) Strong profit & loss and budgeting experience |
