| Responsibilities |
1) Penetrate, develop and gain all opportunities to sell solutions at all targeted and potential accounts 2) Ensure maximum order closing potential by developing effective account strategies 3) Nurture key decision makers and promote value delivery system to meet sales volume objectives 4) Maximize gross margin on each sale and accurately forecast timing of order closing 5) Communicate accurate and complete short and long-term forecasts to facilitate accurate capacity and resource planning 6) Communicate accurate and complete customer scope definition and specifications to safeguard targeted selling margins 7) Develop and manage relationships with representatives to expand customer base and maximize market share 8) Actively prospect for, and develop new accounts for products and services 9) Provide market trends, marketing plans and competitive information to support strategic planning efforts and maximize product development efforts 10) Operate within cost budgets to continually improve selling costs |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred 3) Knowledge of selling into retail accounts 4) Strong background in sales 5) Ready to travel |
