| Responsibilities |
1) Maintain GMPs at highest level in all areas of responsibility
2) Improve depth and quality of engineering department
3) Encourage development, provide long-term vision and coordinate strategic plans for department
4) Establish standards and policies for installation, commissioning, and starting up according to engineering principles and safety regulations
5) Ensure newly installed machines and equipment fulfill contract specifications
6) Communicate with operations team, and ensure preparedness and feasibility, including cost estimates, schedule and implementation
7) Ensure compliance with all company and FDA Quality requirements as well as SOPs
8) Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Dairy experience in drying process preferred
3) At least 10 years’ experience in managing supervisors
4) Must have worked on capital projects |
