| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise work of product development managers and assistants
2) Work closely with marketing, sales and production divisions
3) Handle budget allocation for R&D division and maintain expenditures within approved limits
4) Play crucial role in development of new products |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year), preferably BSc in Food Science
2) R&D background with poultry or meat experience
3) Minimum 7-25 years’ experience required
4) Knowledge of product formulations and reformulations development
5) Experience with nutritional labeling specifications, prototype development, and shelf life studies
6) Background in product samples/trials, raw materials specifications, customer interactions in sales etc. |
