| Responsibilities |
1) Support other departments in various plant inspections such as AIB, health and waste management 2) Manage crew and efficiently handle equipment 3) Set up scheduled preventive maintenance 4) Manage all aspects of in-house equipment 5) Supervise, direct and train staff, including review of work quality, staffing, performance assessment and development 6) Investigate and follow up on consumer complaints 7) Supervise analysis and product evaluation process, off-standard production rejections and statistic collection 8) Manage/audit HACCP, food safety, regulatory compliance and various other programs and communicate issues to appropriate department 9) Assist sanitation team where necessary 10) Manage producer feedback |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Ability to direct and coordinate operation and activities of plant engineering and equipment maintenance 3) Background in overseeing maintenance and engineering 4) Experience improving engineering/maintenance techniques and plant reliability 5) Minimum 3-7years’ experience |
