| Responsibilities |
1) Handle engineering aspect of production
2) Formulate and achieve departmental objectives and goals
3) Serve as technical resource for both new and existing products
4) Conduct research, development and implementation of new technology
5) Oversee quality and costing of existing products for optimization
6) Manage and develop new products
7) Draw up specifications and costing of all new products
8) Formulate and manage various quality, performance and efficiency metrics
9) Monitor inventory and ingredient costs
10) Write and maintain all production processes and procedures
11) Provide leadership and training to develop management and supervisory staff
12) Design and implement improvements in work group organization and manufacturing process methodology
13) Manage and implement HACCP program
14) Conduct and document experiments using scientific methodology and current technology |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Multi facility experience in manufacturing/operations/production management at Director level preferred
3) Food experience, preferably in flour
4) Minimum 10-30 years’ experience preferred |
