Position Location Plant Engineer California Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Plant Manager Responsibilities 1) Manage crew 2) Efficiently handle equipment 3) Oversee compressor room 4) Manage plant’s annual and future capital budget 5) Direct department activities to modify and test existing designs and improve production techniques 6) Maintain GMPs at highest level in all areas of responsibility 7) Improve depth and quality of Engineering Department, encourage development, provide long-term vision, and coordinate strategic plans 8) Establish standards and policies for installation, commissioning, and starting up 9) Ensure newly installed machines and equipment fulfill contract specifications 10) Communicate with operations team, and ensure preparedness and feasibility including cost estimates, schedule and implementation 11) Ensure compliance with all company and FDA quality requirements as well as company SOPs 12) Ensure completion of projects is timely and accurate Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience 3) Strong plant engineering background with bakery experience 4) AIB knowledge preferred 5) Good management skills 6) Maintenance background Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
