Position Location Production Manager Illinois Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience CEO or Plant Manager Responsibilities 1) Supervise entire Chocolate Room operations 2) Manage day-to-day operations of the production department, including Wiener Packaging, Formulation, Shipping and Receiving Departments 3) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss 4) Ensure all product orders are produced on time 5) Liaise with external customers and interact with QA, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Finance, Shipping & Logistics, HR, Field, Sales, Six Sigma Departments, union executive, and employees 6) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment Requirements 1) Chocolate tempering experience ideal 2) Spanish speaking ideal but not critical 3) Supervisory/management experience 4) Ability to develop manufacturing flow 5) Minimum 5-30 years’ experience preferred Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
