| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and coordinate activities of all subordinate personnel to insure maximum efficiency
2) Insure effective scheduling of machines, equipment and personnel
3) Monitor attendance, overtime, and equipment efficiency, to insure compliance with company policies and all government regulations
4) Insure full compliance with all quality assurance standards
5) Make regular inspections to insure facilities and equipment are in compliance with recognized standards and OSHA regulations
6) Develop and train employees
7) Directly supervise production subordinate employees in production department
8) Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies
9) Plan, assign and direct work
10) Address product and employee complaints and resolve problems |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Ready to work night shift
3) Minimum 3-30 years’ experience preferred
4) Strong supervisory/leadership background
5) Production supervisory experience within food or dairy industry |
