Position Location Canning Manager California Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience General Manager Responsibilities 1) Manage day-to-day operations of the production department, including Wiener Packaging, Formulation, Shipping and Receiving Departments 2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss 3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time 4) Liaise with external customers and interact with QA, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Finance, Shipping & Logistics, HR, Field, Sales, Six Sigma Departments, union executive, and employees 5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Canning background in Production Manager role 3) Strong production management background in food processing 4) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience preferred 5) Flexible to facility timelines 6) Strong attention for details Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
