| Responsibilities |
1) Process orders
2) Act as primary contact with large customers
3) Handle order entry, confirmation, proforma invoice creation, goods receipt and supplier invoice receipt
4) Process warehouse replenishment order
5) Supervise supply chain planning
6) Oversee cost analysis for importing activities
7) Reconcile monthly vendor reports and resolve discrepancies
8) Maintain purchase order log
9) Ensure electronic filing system is legally compliant
10) Maintain schedules
11) Stay updated on basic customs formalities
12) Create allocation reports on ad-hoc basis |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory
2) Knowledge of MRP/JIT in food industry
3) Procurement experience
4) Minimum 5-years’ experience preferred
5) Knowledge of inventory control in food |
