| Responsibilities |
1) Propose, plan and execute CEPs within budget guidelines 2) Evaluate, purchase and maintain all IT resources and provide technical assistance to users 3) Act as plant contact for company’s telephone system 4) Handle response to and evaluation of ergonomic issues with Ergonomic Team 5) Act as substitute for Plant Engineer 6) Authorize purchase of maintenance equipment, supplies and tools 7) Promote team efforts within maintenance department 8) Monitor all PCCs for improved plant throughput |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory, preferably in Mechanical Engineering 2) Food experience critical 3) Background in both engineering and maintenance of capital projects 4) 5+ years of project engineering, chief engineering or corporate engineering experience 5) Minimum 5-30 years’ experience required |
