| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee all aspects of production, maintenance and capital spending
2) Oversee implementation of capital projects currently underway
3) Manage large team of people in multiple plants
4) Develop SOPs from scratch |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) 8+ years’ experience in operations management
3) Background in feed or food industry preferred
4) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience |
