| Responsibilities |
1) Handle day-to-day operational performance including labor management, space utilization, inventory management, productivity and efficiency
2) Recommend and implement strategic plans for corporate growth and supply chain improvements |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Distribution specialist
3) Knowledge of PMS Warehouse Management Systems and refrigerated warehouse environment
4) 5 years’ supervisory experience in distribution/manufacturing environment
5) Minimum 5-20 years’ experience preferred
6) Excellent computer skills
7) Experience in use of bar code scanning tools and computerized inventory tracking systems
8) Strong employee relations skills with emphasis on team building and staffing development
9) Familiar with safe operation of powered industrial equipment |
