| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates
2) Handle plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits
3) Fix production problems
4) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates |
| Requirements |
1) Bakery experience, preferably in Danish cakes, pastries, etc.
2) 5+ years in production supervisory or manager capacity
3) Scheduling experience a strong asset
4) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience preferred |
