| Responsibilities |
1) Act as primary interface with Marketing, Sales, DPT and Plant
2) Provide necessary engineering and strategic planning for innovation/renovation projects
3) Develop and execute strategic capital investment program
4) Handle budget development
5) Provide CER facilitation for corporate and plant projects
6) Update senior management with status projects, authorizations and expenditure
7) Establish effective working relationships with vendors to allow manufacturing to be on forefront of leading technology
8) Develop versatile corporate engineering team to directly or indirectly support manufacturing sites
9) Recommend strategic actions regarding sourcing and optimizing quality, customer service and cost
10) Keep up to date with latest business tools |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year), preferably Master’s in Science
2) 10 years’ progressive experience in Engineering
3) Food industry background, preferably in dairy and high speed packaging
4) Strong financial and analytical tools, strong project management and leadership skills
5) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience
6) Plant management skills
7) Excellent written and oral communications |
