| Responsibilities |
1) Develop, implement and launch all projects within product line
2) Conduct and coordinate test in plants
3) Assist in industrial launch and management of project
4) Represent DPT/R&D interest in all projects
5) Develop projects according to needs specified in stage gate process
6) Act as R&D representative in project team and ensure process is well followed
7) Execute pilot trials and plant trials
8) Prepare and edit project report with test results, conclusion and recommendation for next steps
9) Communicate best practices on formulations
10) Work with suppliers to obtain best results for product development
11) Prepare all specifications related to product line
12) Ensure all documentation needed is available prior to project start up
13) Propose and implement productivity projects for product line
14) Manage specific area of application within R&D
15) Train/develop research technicians |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year), preferably in Food Science
2) Strong project management experience preferred
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Proficient in computers
5) Minimum 4-20 years’ experience preferred
6) Flexible for intermittent travel
7) Ability to work cross-functionally and train staff
8) Experience in micro/food lab |
