| Responsibilities |
1) Implement and achieve strategic sales plans to meet sales and marketing objectives 2) Meet and/or exceed annual sales projections 3) Communicate and enforce compliance from producers 4) Initiate sales and marketing efforts 5) Recognize trends and growth opportunities for conversion of product lines 6) Develop, execute and initiate marketing programs for all products 7) Manage existing production budget, including forecasting and tracking of product costing |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory 2) Strong foodservice background preferred 3) Direct customer interaction experience with strong selling skills 4) Understanding of P&L and price/volume 5) Minimum 7-25 years’ experience preferred |
