| Responsibilities |
1) Develop, plan, and implement predictive work required to ensure reliable operational performance of equipment and processes 2) Train engineering, maintenance and contractor personnel on lock-out/tag-out, confined space, hazard material handling and personal protective equipment 3) Ensure safety training complies with OSHA as well as company standards and policies 4) Provide leadership and management support for engineering employees 5) Create and manage engineering/maintenance budget 6) Ensure maintenance procedures are completed in line with company policies and standards 7) Implement and administer programs and procedures that incrementally improve operations 8) Communicate status of engineering/maintenance activities to personnel within operations |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory, preferably in Engineering 2) 10+ years’ experience in predictive/proactive maintenance 3) Environmental compliance knowledge 4) Excellent management skills including planning, organizing, directing and controlling 5) Proficient with troubleshooting equipment and processes 6) Hands on technical knowledge and experience, preferably in bakery equipment and processes 7) Ability to teach, train and share technical knowledge 8) Experience with administration of computerized maintenance management system 9) Proven ability to handle multiple projects 10) Advanced computer skills 11) Minimum 10-30 years’ experience preferred |
