| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates
2) Handle plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits
3) Fix production problems
4) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Dairy industry background
3) Unionized plant experience
4) At least 3 years as supervisor
5) Minimum 3-8 years’ experience preferred |
