Facility Operations Manager |
| Responsibilities |
1) Provide leadership and direction to build positive employee relations
2) Continually increase efficiencies, improve quality and increase employee involvement
3) Manage daily productivity of facility to achieve scheduled orders, budgeted labor efficiencies, yields and control costs
4) Oversee processing to ensure customer needs are met
5) Coordinate purchasing and inventory control for facility
6) Participate in development and installation of new production lines and equipment
7) Ensure budgeted safety targets are met or exceeded
8) Drive productivity, quality and safety initiatives throughout production to productivity and cost structure
9) Ensure production is in compliance with QA standards, SOPs, HACCP, and GMPs |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Managerial experience in food manufacturing environment
3) Purchasing experience
4) Good understanding of technical and quality aspects of food processing
5) Project management skills
6) Ability to effectively deal with vendors and achieve win/win scenario
7) Excellent working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and SOPs
8) Good MS Office skills
9) Experience in perishable foods
10) Minimum 10-25 years’ experience preferred |
