Latest Job Opening for Food & Beverage Industry Position Location Plant Manager (Dairy Industry) Southern California Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience General Manager Responsibilities 1) Direct and supervise all plant activities to assure company standards are met as they relate to GMPs, Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost Control, etc. 2) Lead managers and supervisors in execution of their responsibilities 3) Ensure plant objectives are met 4) Develop plans for efficient machine, manpower, and material utilization 5) Conduct performance evaluations and approve actions regarding pay 6) Handle budget preparation and space forecasting in coordination with Senior Director/GM Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Minimum 10 years’ experience in food industry 3) 5 years’ experience in plant department management 4) Has managed 200+ employee plant 5) Thorough understanding of GMPs, safety programs, preventative quality control, production efficiency measurement, and cost control systems 6) Strong interpersonal and communication skills 7) Knowledge of all plant processing and packaging facilities and equipment 8) High degree of human relations skill 9) Bilingual in Spanish 10) Minimum 5-10 years’ experience preferred Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
