| Responsibilities |
1) Manage budget for transportation and warehousing
2) Ensure efficient and timely completion of value added projects at warehouses
3) Develop and publish performance measurements of key success drivers
4) Develop and implement cost saving measures through entire supply chain in timely and effective manner
5) Raise bar on customer satisfaction
6) Manage direct reports
7) Coordinate with Director of Operations to ensure appropriate flow of materials and finished goods are maintained |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year), preferably MBA
2) 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain management in manufacturing or consumer goods
3) Background in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing and/or Distribution
4) Experience in food or beverage a must
5) Demonstrated ability to quickly determine cause of inefficiency in all parts of supply chain and take effective action to make measurable improvements
6) Ability to work with all levels of plant personnel, Corporate Finance and Operations departments
7) Minimum 5-10 years’ experience preferred |
