| Responsibilities |
1) Implement and improve SOPs and Good Warehouse/Distribution practices
2) Manage and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel
3) Analyze facility lay-out to improve efficient use of equipment, space, product flow and employees
4) Direct firmly with a fair, equitable and consistent employee relations message in a unionized environment
5) Build customer focused team
6) Manage and report finished goods stock obsolescence
7) Prepare ad-hoc logistics and operations analysis reports
8) Ensure compliance and enforcement of Occupational Health & Safety program
9) Pursue safety improvement opportunities utilizing best practices in safety leadership training, observation, correction and positive reinforcement |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5-27 years’ experience preferred
2) Background in software implementation/daily usage
3) Strong warehousing/inventory control management/supervision background
4) Experience in order taking, order fulfillment, picking orders, distribution etc.
5) Hands on experience in warehouse |
