1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates and look after plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits
2) Fix production problems
3) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates
4) Manage ovens and rooms |
| Requirements |
1) Diploma (2 year) mandatory
2) Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
3) Production experience in food industry
4) Background of HACCP & USDA preferred
5) Minimum 3 years’ experience as supervisor in food industry |
