1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates and look after plant maintenance, quality control, and warehousing to obtain optimum efficiency of operations
2) Fix production problems
3) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates
4) Manage ovens and rooms |
| Requirements |
1) Diploma/Degree preferred
2) Minimum 8-25 years’ experience preferred
3) Extensive experience with HACCP, SOP, GMPs & Systems
4) Bakery experience preferred |
