| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and lead staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance and repair of all production equipment
2) Accountable for multiple sites
3) Ensure safe working environment is maintained at all times
4) Source and order parts and maintain spare parts inventory
5) Ensure provisions of collective bargaining agreement are understood and adhered to
6) Initiate training within department
7) Participate in hiring process of new employees |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
2) Working Knowledge of PLCs
3) Licensed electrician/millwright
4) Minimum 5 years’ management/supervisor experience in a food plant |
