| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise department and ensure all production goals are met
2) Oversee maintenance technicians, mechanics and electricians
3) Observe and correct unsafe acts and conditions
4) Orient and train employees
5) Maintain good housekeeping
6) Conduct periodic safety inspections of production area and emergency equipment
7) Investigate all accidents/incidents in area of responsibility and ensure that actions are taken to correct any deficiencies
8) Enforce safety rules |
| Requirements |
1) 3-25 years’ experience
2) 3+ years of food or beverage industry experience
3) Background in high-speed packaging
4) Willing to work off-shift (3rd Shift) |
