| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and lead staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance and repair of all production equipments
2) Ensure safe working environment is maintained at all times
3) Source and order parts and maintain inventory of spare parts
4) Ensure provisions of collective bargaining agreement are understood and adhered to
5) Initiate training within department
6) Participate in hiring process of new employees |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 5 years’ experience as a manager
3) Knowledge of PLCs and electrical controls
4) Experience in food industry |
