| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and lead staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance and repair of all production equipments
2) Ensure safe working environment is maintained at all times
3) Source and order parts and maintain spare parts inventory
4) Ensure provisions of collective bargaining agreement are understood and adhered to
5) Initiate training within department
6) Participate in process of hiring new employees |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 10-12 years’ experience
3) Experience of high speed packaging with PLC automation
4) Supervision of up to 30 personnel |
