| Responsibilities |
1) Handle entire marketing department
2) Achieve and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales and marketing objectives
3) Meet and/or exceed annual sales projections
4) Handle product introduction, training and delegating, media plans, etc. |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 10-30 years’ experience
3) Strong CPG Marketing experience specifically in the food industry
4) P&L experience in a senior role
5) Strong background in strategic marketing plan development
6) Background in managing and leading all company marketing resources
7) Background in developing packaging, labeling, product launches & promotions |
