| Responsibilities |
1) Manage all phases of quality assurance program in a major food plant operation under HACCP
2) Maintenance and enhancement of food safety and QC programs
3) Interface effectively with both internal and external customers and regulatory agencies |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in food science or related field
2) 5-25 years’ experience
3) Strong experience with HACCP and running quality programs
4) Bilingual (English/Spanish)
5) Hands on background in both technically and management approach
6) Experience in food quality or plant production
7) Strong communication and interpersonal skills |
