| Responsibilities |
1) Enhance quality/food safety programs and improve MICS & HACCP score compliance 2) Effectively manage technical staff and execute business plan objectives 3) Ensure all quality programs (HACCP, PQMS, ISO), systems and compliance meet corporate specifications 4) Provide leadership/guidance to HACCP coordinator 5) Lead efforts to ensure all internal and external audits are completed above acceptable levels 6) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets to manage all quality initiatives |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) mandatory 2) 5-25 years’ experience 3) Strong meat experience in any kind of meat 4) Experience with HACCP writing programs, monitoring, etc. 5) USDA experience mandatory 6) Willing to be on the manufacturing floor |
