| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and lead staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance
and repair of all production equipments
2) Ensure safe working environment is maintained at all times
3) Source and order parts and maintain spare parts inventory
4) Ensure provisions of collective bargaining agreement are understood and
adhered to
5) Initiate training within department
6) Participate in process of hiring new employees |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) 5-25 years’ experience
3) Experience of cooked meat products in maintenance capacity
4) Strong background with regards to equipment
5) Solid background with listed/detailed accomplishments within
maintenance department
6) Willing to be on manufacturing floor
7) Well versed in project management and good experience of ovens,
grinders, etc. |
